CORBIN — Families in Knox, Laurel and Whitley counties are encouraged to sign up for the Southeast Kentucky Empty Stocking Fund, which is accepting applications in November for this year’s Christmas gift distribution.

Applications will be taken at the old Corbin City Hall courtroom, located next to the Corbin Fire Department at 805 S. Main St. when sign-ups officially open Friday, November 14, and Monday, November 24, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
