Hurricane Humberto continues to move across the Atlantic Ocean on Tuesday, according to the National Hurricane Center.

As of the 5 a.m. advisory, the NHC said Humberto is moving north-northwest at about 18 mph and is located approximately 670 miles southeast of Bermuda.

Humberto has maximum sustained winds of nearly 80 mph and a minimum central pressure of 979 mb. It has been downgraded to a Category 2 storm.

The hurricane is forecast to travel north-northwest before gradually turning to travel more northward, then east-northeast late Tuesday or Wednesday.

There are no coastal watches or warnings in effect due to Hurricane Humberto as of 11 a.m. Tuesday.

Humberto is expected to become a strong extratropical system on Wednesday.
