Trü Frü fruit snacks recalled for metal fragments

(WBAY) - Trü Frü freeze-dried fruit snacks are being recalled because they may contain metal fragments. No injuries were reported.

Affected products are Trü Frü “dark + white chocolate freeze-dried strawberries” and Trü Frü “strawberries and creme.”

The recall was issued by Georgia Nut Company, which manufactures the products.

They were sold at retailers nationwide, including Target, Kroger, CVS, Albertson’s and Food Lion.
