CORBIN, Ky. (WKYT) - A traffic jam caused some people to miss a sold-out show at the Corbin Arena over the weekend.

The Corbin Arena hosted Leanne Morgan Saturday night for two sold-out performances.

There was only an hour separating the two shows, and the additional crowd size led to traffic problems for some concertgoers.

Scott Williamson, the city manager for Corbin, says Morgan even went on two hours late for her second show, giving more people a chance to arrive.

We spoke with one woman who said she wasn’t able to get to the show, waiting nearly two hours in traffic.

“We got to the exit a little after six o’clock, and it took us from that time to a little after 8 to get to the light to turn up the hill to the arena,” Terri Smith said. “When we got to the light, the traffic going
