SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- The Rapid City Police Department has arrested a man who threatened another with a gun Monday night.

According to the Rapid City Police Department, officers were dispatched to 350 E. Disk Drive shortly after 7 p.m.

Witnesses said the victim was entering a business when the suspect engaged in a verbal altercation with him. The suspect grabbed the victim's collar and showed a gun at one point.

Police arrested Gregory Kirkpatrick, 49, for aggravated assault. Kirkpatrick was taken to the Pennington County Jail.
