FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WSMV) - Former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler is serving out his four-day jail sentence following a DUI arrest back in October 2024.

Cutler, 42, pleaded guilty in August in his DUI case before a Williamson County judge, who accepted it.

The former NFL veteran was arrested on October 17, 2024, after he rear-ended a blue GMC with his white Dodge Ram truck on Bridge Street.

The arrest affidavit from the Franklin Police Department described Cutler as visibly intoxicated and stated that he offered the other driver $2,000 not to call the police and to let him drive away.
