MEMPHIS, Tenn. — It's only Tuesday, and we are already seeing some of what is believed to be part of the newly formed Memphis Safe Task Force in full force.
We spoke with a retired Shelby County Sheriff's captain who said that knowing what to do, if you come across the task force, is important.
Awareness is essential, and complying — while staying calm — can make all the difference.
"Understand, if you get stopped for a traffic violation and you don't sign the ticket, you're going to jail," said Bennie Cobb.
Days after Governor Bill Lee announced 13 agencies were moving into Memphis, they're already visible.
