GRAND BLANC TWP., MI – Several fundraisers have been launched by friends and families of victims of the deadly attack at a church in Grand Blanc Township.

The shooting and fire at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Grand Blanc Township on Sunday, Sept. 28, left five people dead, including the suspect, and eight others injured.

Police have not named any of the victims of the attack, but several have been identified on GoFundMe pages created in the aftermath of the tragedy, including John Bond of Linden and Benjamin Phelps of Linden and his young son.

Bond was shot and killed during the attack, according to the GoFundMe fundraiser launched in support of his family.
