FORECAST: Drying out on Tuesday after a wet start to the week

The system begins to track farther offshore while Hurricane Humberto stays well out to sea. Drier air filters in from the north, and sunny skies return. Some gusty northeast winds linger but begin to ease later in the day. Highs will be in the mid-70s.
