SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) —Losing a child is one of the hardest things a parent could ever go through, and for many people who have gone through that, it can be hard to share their story. However, one Sioux Falls couple has decided to be open and honest about their loss, to let others know that they are not alone.

Jessica and Terry Vandrovec were excited for their first set of twins in 2010. But one day, Jessica knew something wasn't right.

"I went into the bathroom and just started screaming for him because my water bag came out of me intact. And so I just held onto it, and I made sure there was no baby in there. And we called for the ambulance, and they took me away," Jessica Vandrovec said.
