SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Cooler and drier air is filtering in this morning with temperatures falling into the 60s through the morning commute.

Roads will be dry today with temperatures climbing into the mid 70s by lunchtime. Highs will top out in near 80 degrees this afternoon with a few clouds overhead. The wind will be from the northeast this afternoon, with gusts near 20 miles per hour possible. Quiet weather continues into the evening with temperatures in the 70s at sunset.

Thursday will be even cooler with lows starting out in the lower 60s. Highs will be in the upper 70s under sunny skies.
