Singer Lola Young has cancelled her gig in Edinburgh after collapsing while on stage.

The 24-year-old was performing at the All Things Go festival in New York when she was seen motioning to her team that something wasn't right. She then fell in front of thousands of fans, and was carried off stage on September 27.

A rising star, Lola shot to fame after the release of her song Messy. She was preparing to launch her new album I'm Only F**ing Myself with a tour.

Lola was due to take to the stage at The Queen's Hall on October 12. On Tuesday evening, the singer revealed that she'd be 'going away for a while' after the health scare.
