TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - Tourists entering the United States now will have to pay more to see more. As part of the Big Beautiful Bill, the CBP Form I-94 is more expensive for people crossing at ports of entry.

“That allows people that have that visa to come into the United States, go farther than 75 miles, or to stay over 72 hours,” Mayor of Nogales Jorge Maldonado said in explaining the I-94 permit

Many of the people using that form at the Nogales Port of Entry are shoppers.

Now, the price to get past Tucson went from $6 to $30. That means families of 5 or 6 will be paying over $150.
