PHOENIX (AZFamily) — People in downtown Phoenix may notice a heavy police presence Wednesday morning after two men were found with serious injuries.
Around 3 a.m., several Phoenix police officers responded to the area of 1st Street and Roosevelt Street for a report of an injured person.
When officers arrived, they found a man “with signs of serious trauma,” according to Phoenix PD. The man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
While police were still at the scene, they found another man nearby who also had serious injuries. Phoenix Police said he was hospitalized “with serious life-threatening injuries.”
