To War Eagle Nation it still does not seem real that former Auburn men’s basketball coach Bruce Pearl announced his retirement.

Sitting as the winningest head coach in Auburn history, Pearl passed down the reins to his son, Steven, who was named Auburn’s next head coach shortly after his retirement was made official.

Over the course of Bruce Pearl’s 11 seasons at Auburn, he won 232 games (12 wins were vacated which would have put him at 244), three SEC regular season championships, two SEC tournament appearances and led the program to six NCAA tournaments with two Final Four appearances.

Take in all the moments from Pearl’s career with AL.com ’s cinematic recap, produced and edited by Clay Yeager.
