ROCHESTER, Minn. - The Salvation Army's Register to Ring program for the Red Kettle Campaign is officially open to the public.

The campaign is their largest annual fundraiser and volunteers raise about $100 an hour. Donates stay in Olmsted County and go towards healthcare, housing support, food, and more for people in need.
