CONNECTICUT (WTNH) -- The Connecticut Pizza Trail has officially been unveiled, with well known pizzerias as well as smaller places making the list of must-stop shops in the Pizza State.

One of the shops that made it on the trail is Pizzeria Marzano in Torrington, owned by John Euclitto.

"It really made me thrilled, because that's what I worked all these years for," he said. "People are recognizing it and supporting us."

Pete's Pizza Palace in Rocky Hill, owned by Pete Karapanos, made the list as well.

"You don't know how good it feels, man," he said. "Our customers -- you don't know how much appreciation I have for them, their loyalty."

Smaller restaurants like Marzano and Pete's are on the list alongside the likes of world-famous New Haven pizzerias like Frank Pepe's, Sally's and Mo
