London Euston railway station has been forced to evacuate after a "security" alert was flagged.

All trains were subsequently cancelled, with Transport for London issuing a statement on X regarding the situation at hand.

They wrote: "Euston station: This station is closed due to a security alert."

At the time, passengers were urged to find alternative travel plans, with many taking to social media to share images of people gathered outside the train station.

They captioned the post: "Security incident at #EustonStation... They've now moved us all to the bus station. Must be serious.

"Comms as usual dreadful at Euston. Would it hurt to have a PA system? Just one poor bloke with a megaphone."
