YORK, Pa. (WHTM) -- A Dallastown man was identified as the victim in a fatal shooting Wednesday morning in York.

According to the York County Coroner's Office, Dominick Skinner, 31, of Dallastown, was pronounced dead Wednesday morning at WellSpan York Hospital around 10:30 a.m.

Skinner had been shot in the 600 block of East Princess Street around 8 a.m. after an altercation at a home.

Romanus Myers V, 24, of York, was arrested and charged with homicide in connection with the shooting, according to York City Police.

Skinner was taken to WellSpan York Hospital for treatment of his injuries.

An autopsy is set for Friday at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest in Salisbury Township, near Allentown.
