A popular coffee brand is changing its name for the first time in 133 years.

Maxwell House announced it will become “Maxwell Apartment” in an effort to connect with the American public. The change, in name only, is reportedly a comment on the rising costs of home prices and coffee beans , pushing many in the U.S. to rent apartments instead of buy houses — and make coffee more affordably at home instead of buying it at restaurants and cafes.
