CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Police has released photos of individuals identified as persons of interest in connection with a series of recent vehicle break-ins across the city.
The release of the photos comes just one day after police issued a public safety message to the community , addressing concerns and outlining the department’s response to the string of break-ins.
Police say the break-ins are happening primarily on the city’s west side and in University Circle. Neighbors in Ohio City told 3News that people have been walking up to cars late at night, pulling on door handles and even smashing windows.
