HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Before demolition begins , the public is invited to say farewell to Aloha Stadium, and celebrate 47 years of music and sport.
“Aloha to Aloha Stadium” will be held on Saturday, Oct. 25. Doors open at 4 p.m.
The event includes live performances by several local musicians:

Hawaiian Style Band
For nearly five decades, Aloha Stadium has stood as Hawaii’s largest outdoor arena , hosting events from University of Hawaii football games to the NFL Pro Bowl and concerts by Michael Jackson, Bruno Mars, and more.
The stadium was also home to many community traditions, such as the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet & Marketplace, holiday lig
