PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Multiple people who were protesting outside the Portland ICE facility Thursday night were pepper-sprayed by what appears to be federal agents, according to video taken of the incident and shared with KOIN 6 News.

Two of the protesters who were pepper-sprayed are now sharing their story with KOIN 6.

In addition, another video captured that same night shows a third individual in a frog outfit being inundated by pepper spray from what appears to be a federal agent aiming the spray into a vent for the costume.

Finnegan Greene and Leilani Payne are the pair who appear in one of the videos, getting pepper-sprayed back-to-back by a federal agent. They told KOIN 6 that they were protesting outside the ICE facility on South Macadam Avenue when the incident took place.
