MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -The Madison Police Department is investigating after a bullet hit a home on the city’s east side on Friday night.
Police said a resident woke up to the sound of gunshots on the 3330 block of Lexington Ave. just before 10:45 p.m. The resident discovered a bullet hit their home.
No one inside of the home was injured and no one is in custody. Officials recovered physical evidence from the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
