AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - The Augusta Duck Dash took place on Saturday at the Savannah Rapids Pavilion.

Tons of ducks took to the water to support the family YMCA’s ‘A Place to Dream’ program, which provides beds to local children in need.

So far, the program has served more than 2,000 kids, providing them with a safe place to sleep, along with the extension project, a place to dream newborns, which provides safe spaces for babies born at the Children’s Hospital of Georgia to sleep.
