AUSTIN, Texas — Texans have until Monday, Oct. 6, to register to vote in the Nov. 4 election.

The ballot will include 17 proposed amendments to the state constitution, as well as local measures such as school board races, tax rate proposals and city council positions.

Texas doesn't offer online voter registration, but you can download and fill out an online form to mail to the elections office of the county that you live in.

If you don't know or have your Voter Unique Identifier (VUID) -which acts as the identifying number of your voter registration card- you can check for that number here . You'll need your VUID to change the address on your registration card.
