ST. LOUIS PARK, Minn. — CHI-CHI’S has opened its first restaurant since Michael McDermott, son of co-founder Marno McDermott, relaunched the brand in 2024.

On Monday, Oct. 6, a CHI-CHI's opened at 1602 West End Blvd in St. Louis Park.

"The newly updated space features modern decor, comfortable seating, and an 'inviting ambiance, creating the perfect occasion-backdrop for families, friends, and food lovers alike,'" according to a CHI-CHI's press release issued Sept. 30. "Guests can enjoy a mix of enhanced menu items, original favorites, an upgraded bar experience, and the same great service that made CHI-CHI's a household name over 20 years ago."

The St. Louis Park location will serve as the flagship for the brand's relaunch, with additional locations planned in the future.
