Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse’s Oct. 18 homecoming game against Pittsburgh has been scheduled for 7:30 p.m. and will air on the ACC Network, the ACC announced Monday.
It will mark the Orange’s (3-3, 1-2) first Saturday night game of the season.
Pitt (3-2, 1-1) handed the Orange its worst loss of the 2024 season. The Panthers forced five Kyle McCord interceptions en route to a 41-13 win at Acrisure Stadium.
There will be two new quarterbacks this time around. While the Orange lost McCord to the NFL Draft in April, Pitt benched Eli Holstein for true freshman Mason Heintschel in its 48-7 win against Boston College (1-4, 0-3).
Syracuse will be looking to avoid a three-game losing streak when it returns from its bye week.
