Waterloo Regional Police want residents in a southwest Galt neighbourhood to check security cameras after an attempted break-and-enter in Cambridge.

Police said on Friday a person attempted to enter a Gaskin Avenue residence equipped with an audible noise alarm and home security. The person didn’t get into the home, but did cause damage.

Police are asking people in the area to check their home security cameras on Friday, between 6:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m., for any suspicious people, vehicles, or activity.

Looking to identify and speak to the individual pictured below in connection to a break-and-enter investigation on Gaskin Avenue in Cambridge.
