A federal judge in Maryland overseeing the case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia has ordered the Trump administration to produce witnesses with information about their plans for Abrego's deportation after learning few new details in a hearing Monday.

Judge Paula Xinis was clearly frustrated Monday with the government attorneys when she could not get a clear answer as far as what the Trump administration was doing in sending Abrego to a third country. She has ordered an evidentiary hearing for Friday.
