BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Families can have their loved ones displayed on banners in downtown Baton Rouge in celebration of Veterans Month.

The displays are for the 4th Annual Hometown Hero Banners Campaign, which is a partnership between the East Baton Rouge Mayor-President’s Advisory Council on Veterans Affairs and the Blue Star Mothers of Louisiana Chapter 1.

The banners will be displayed throughout the month of November and will feature the faces of veterans and active duty military members.

You can have your loved one displayed on a single-sided banner or on a double-sided banner. Single-sided banners cost $85, and double-sided banners cost $150. The deadline to purchase a banner is Wednesday, October 15.
