PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. — A Capitol Heights man accused of felony negligent manslaughter for a police chase that ended in the death of 3-year-old Zoey Harrison was denied bond Monday.

Larry Timothy Naylor, 40, was indicted last week for a felony, a misdemeanor, and a traffic offense. He's facing felony negligent manslaughter, criminally negligent manslaughter by vehicle or vessel, and fleeing a traffic stop, causing the death of another.

In early March, District Heights Police officers tried to pull over an Infiniti SUV driven by Naylor. Though police said Naylor initially stopped, he then sped away northbound on the 6400 block of Walker Mill Road. Police lost sight of him and called for help.
