PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WCAX) - Voters will decide at a special election in November who will fill the 115th Assembly District seat vacated by Democrat Billy Jones.

Former New York State Police Maj. Brent Davison is running as a Republican. And sitting Plattsburgh Town Supervisor Michael Cashman is trying to keep the seat blue as a Democrat.
