GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) -- The city of Greenville has dismissed its lawsuit against Camping World, after a bill preventing local governments from regulating the size of American flags on private property became law in North Carolina.
Governor Josh Stein allowed House Bill 926 to go into law without his signature. Part of House Bill 926 prevents local governments from regulating the size of American flags on private property.
