Family members of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, the 14-year-old girl found dismembered in the trunk of an impounded Tesla owned by a multiplatinum R&B singer, laid the slain teen’s body to rest Monday, according to TMZ.
The funeral was held at Queen of Heaven Cemetery & Mortuary in Rowland Heights, with the outlet posting photos of family members carrying the teen’s casket to her final resting place.
Hernandez’s severely decomposed body, her head and torso, according to investigators with the Los Angeles Police Department, was discovered on Sept. 8 after employees at Hollywood Tow reported a foul stench coming from the Tesla, which had been towed to the yard just three days earlier.
