SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. (KCAU) — South Sioux City is looking at getting a new casino; with that comes new buildings to accommodate it.
Council members took up the issue of a new hotel being built at Monday’s meeting.
A Sioux City contractor said he would donate a portion of land at least 39th and G Street, and in return, he wants the city to pay for the hotel feasibility study.
South Sioux City’s economic developer said that if this project goes through, it has to be done right.
