Town of ROCK, Wis. (WMTV) - The Rock County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man on Monday morning for his fifth operating while intoxicated offense, a felony.
Just after 9:30 a.m., a deputy with the Rock County Sheriff’s Office pulled over a vehicle for speeding on S. City Tk D at W. Noss Road in the Town of Rock.
During the investigation, officials said the 55-year-old showed signs of being drunk.
The Wonewoc resident was arrested for fifth alleged OWI. Authorities said he had four prior convictions for OWI.
He also faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and a citation for speeding.
He is expected to appear on Tuesday in Rock County Court.
