SALISBURY — “The Light Between,” the name of the art exhibit by local artists Dr. Mary-Louise Hooper and Andy Mooney, is a reflection of the artwork by the two, which is on display at the Heart of Salisbury until mid-November.

Some of the work includes several lighthouses in both oil and watercolor by Hooper and astro pieces and black and white photos and drawings by Mooney, therefore, the name “The Light Between” came about.

Mooney said that one of his drawings, which shows a moon between two trees, is called “The Light Between” and is part of the exhibit at the downtown gallery, which is owned by Wivianny DeHaas.
