NORFOLK, Va. — The 13News Now Weather Impact Team has declared a "Weather Impact Alert" for late Saturday through Monday morning due to the potential for heavy rainfall, gusty winds, and tidal flooding.

We’re closely monitoring a nor'easter forecast to develop along the Southeast coast and move northward this weekend. There is increasing confidence that the nor'easter will bring impacts the region, starting late Saturday and continuing until Monday morning. Heavy rain, gusty winds, and significant coastal/marine impacts are all possible.
