KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WOWK) - The Kanawha County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help finding a missing teenager.

According to the KCSO, Riley Gibson, 14, was last seen leaving Herbert Hoover High School on Monday. Deputies say she was reportedly seen getting into a silver, early 2000s model Chevrolet Impala that was waiting in the parking lot.

The KCSO says Gibson may be traveling toward Ohio with an unidentified male.

Gibson is described as a white female standing 5'2" and weighing approximately 196lbs, according to the sheriff's office. Deputies say she was last seen wearing a black Nike sweatshirt with black flared leggings, white shoes and a gold necklace with a heart on it.
