MARSHALL - A man was arrested for sex crimes against a minor and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill after allegedly firing a gun multiple times into a vehicle in Marshall.

Madison County Sheriff Buddy Harwood said Saul Pelcastre, 27, of Lenoir, was charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied, moving vehicle, as well as four counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
