Vallee BBQ will stop serving its full menu at the 313 Taproom on Ridge Road in Munster on Dec. 20.

“I've decided to scale back to prioritize my physical and mental health by reconnecting with loved ones and dedicating more energy to community initiatives,” owner Kirsten Vallee posted on social media. “The last couple of years have been an incredible journey in exploring who I am as a pitmaster and chef, and I've made so many lifelong friends along the way. I'm truly grateful for all your support.”

Vallee BBQ serves baby back ribs, chopped brisket, smashburgers and a pulled lamb sandwich.
