CLEVELAND, Ohio – A public health alert has been issued for ready-to-eat meals produced by FreshRealm because of Listeria concerns, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service.

The items were shipped directly to consumers by HelloFresh, which offers menu choices via a subscription service that delivers pre-portioned meal kits with fresh ingredients.

FSIS said spinach within the meals may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. FSIS said it expects to add other products to the health alert.

The following products are subject to the alert:

• 10.1-ounce containers of Hello Fresh Ready Made Meals Cheesy Pulled Pork Pepper Pasta with Est. 47718 and lot code 49107 or Est. 2937 and lot code 48840.
