President Donald Trump has broken his silence on the shocking news of Mark Sanchez being stabbed and later arrested following an altercation with a grease truck driver outside an Indianapolis bar.

Trump discussed the former NFL quarterback, who was charged in a weekend altercation with a truck driver in Indianapolis, calling him “a nice guy.”

Sanchez was initially charged with battery with injury, public intoxication, and unlawful entry of a vehicle following his arrest in Indianapolis on Saturday, but the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office later announced a felony charge of battery involving serious bodily injury.

He went from all misdemeanors to a charge that could result in a potential sentence of up to six years in prison.
