Derek Martin, a man accused of murdering his former stepdaughter Chloe and her husband Josh Bashford in 2023, is on trial.

On Monday, Oct. 6, Martin, 67, appeared in Brighton Law Courts in Brighton, England, to stand trial for the June 9, 2023 murders of Chloe, 30, and Josh, 33, according to reporting by the BBC , The Telegraph , U.K. publication The Times and ITV .
