PHILADELPHIA — The Eagles will face Giants rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart for the first time on Thursday night. The Giants are hoping it will be the first of many meetings between their NFC East rival and Dart, the first-round pick and potential franchise quarterback.
Dart hasn’t played much for the Giants so far, starting only the last two games. But Eagles defensive coordinator Vic Fangio has been impressed by what he’s seen.
“I like him,” Fangio said. “Another mobile quarterback. I think he’s got that air about him to be a quarterback. I think he’s confident in his abilities and in their offense. He’s good.
“I think they’ve got themselves a quarterback.”
Dart was selected with the No. 25 overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft by the Giants, becoming the second QB taken behind Cam Wa
