Franciscan Health Michigan City will host a free baby shower this month.

The hospital at 3500 Franciscan Way just off Interstate 94 invites new parents and families to its Way to Grow Baby Shower from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25. The baby shower will take place in the Maria Theresia Conference Room across from the cafeteria on the first floor on the 123-bed hospital just off the Franklin Street exit leading into Michigan City.

The hospital has a Family Birth Center to welcome little ones into the world, a NICU in case they need some extra care and several educational programs for new parents.
