TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - The Tucson Police Department has made a significant breakthrough in a double homicide case from October 2023.

Detectives have identified Ryan Jacob Blouin, 35, as the primary suspect in the fatal shootings of Courtney-Ann Kanani Pregil, 37, and Tylor James Wheeler, 32, at an apartment on West Ajo Way, according to TPD.

On October 11, 2023, Operations Division South patrol officers responded to a welfare check at the apartment complex on West Ajo Way and Holiday Isle Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers found the two victims with gunshot wounds. Neither victim was a resident of the apartment.
