A Front Royal man who played football for Warren County High School and in college who now suffers from concussion-related brain injuries avoided jail time for firing a gun in a parking lot in August.
Howard Douglas Banjoman III pleaded guilty to misdemeanor firearms charges on Friday in Warren County Circuit Court. Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Paula de Man prosecuted the case. Attorney D. Eric Wiseley represented Banjoman.
Parties reached an agreement that allowed Banjoman, 41, of 1604 Edgemount Ave., to avoid jail time. Judge Daryl L. Funk accepted the agreement and Banjoman’s guilty pleas.
