Well, hello fall! Clouds kept temperatures below 80° for many areas Tuesday, ending a long streak of 80° highs that went back to late September.

It's a seasonal shift in temperatures that we'll enjoy through the end of the week.

For tonight, we'll find clearing skies from north to south that will reveal another round of bright moonshine. The clouds will hang on near and south of the state line through the morning before thinning out later in the day Wednesday.

The Wednesday through Friday stretch will offer up an opportunity to shut off the air conditioning and open up the windows. The nights will get a little cool with lows in the upper 40s and 50s.
